| Children 0 – 02 years | Complimentary accommodation only when sharing with two full paying adults. Maximum 1 child can share with two parents. Children are accommodated in a cot. |
| Children 03 - 11 years | Rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons. One child can share with one adult in a room. The adults are accommodated at the Single rate and the child stays free of charge and only pays for breakfast at R60.00 per child. Children will be accommodated in a single bed. |
| Children 12 years and older | Considered as adults and will be accommodated in their own rooms |

Terms and conditions:
1. If you cancel more than thirty days prior to arrival, we shall retain 10% of the total value of the booking as a cancellation fee
2. If you cancel within fourteen and thirty days prior to arrival, we shall refund 50% of the total value of the booking
3. If you cancel less than fourteen days prior to arrival, we shall retain 100% of the total value of the booking as a cancellation fee
4. If we are able to re-book the accommodation we shall refund 90% of the total value of the booking.
5. I hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court in respect of any action or proceedings which may be brought against me in connection with any claim brought by 100 Venice Road Pty Ltd t/a The Saint James on Venice notwithstanding the fact that such action or proceedings would otherwise be beyond the jurisdiction of such Court.
6. I agree that if this amount is handed over to Attorneys for collection due to failure to adhere to any of the above terms or for any other reason then I shall be responsible for the payment of all collection charges at the ruling rate and all legal costs as between Attorney and Client and the whole amounts outstanding on the account shall forth-with be deemed to become due and owing even if a portion thereof would not be due in accordance with the above terms.
7. I agree that interest at the rate of 2% per month on all overdue and/or arrear amounts shall be levied.
8. Please note the hotel does have functions form time to time during the week.
